No, the Bänklialp is not a wellness hotel. We are a cosy hotel for families, summer and winter sports enthusiasts. However, we have put together a small, fine wellness programme for our valued guests to pamper you a little.

Our sauna and whirlpool can only be used by prior reservation and are charged at CHF 20.00 per person and hour. Other guests are not permitted to use the area during this period.

Our Finnish sauna will make you sweat. Ideal for your heart and circulation, ideal for rounding off the day - ideal for drifting off into the realm of dreams in your cosy bed on the Bänklialp. Ready for the next infusion?

Whirlpool

Enjoy our whirlpool and leave everyday life behind! Immerse yourself in pure relaxation, feel the soothing warmth, and enjoy the gentle bubbling of the water. Perfect for restful moments and absolute well-being!

Winter in Engelberg

82 km of ski slopes. 38 km of cross-country ski trails. And your ski boots freshly warmed in the morning from our own drying cabinet on the Bänklialp. And of course a delicious fondue or raclette in our Engelberger Stübli. Winter can come.
