We are looking for a

Waiter, Service Professional m/f Winter 23/24

immediately or as agreed upon

You enjoy the following tasks, which are already familiar to you:

You run your station independently and professionally, completing the associated preparatory and follow-up work conscientiously
You have no problem mastering the basic rules and processes of service
As a host, you approach every guest politely and friendly. You can answer questions competently and fulfill wishes with joy
You are co-responsible for a smooth and professional workflow
You actively strive for upselling and recommend our F&B offerings
You handle complaints professionally

You bring the following qualifications:

Training as a restaurant specialist or similar and a few years of professional experience are an advantage but not a prerequisite
You bring commitment, initiative, and engagement, are innovative, flexible, and resilient
You work conscientiously and independently, organized, prudent, and forward-thinking
You enjoy working in the hospitality industry, want to develop further, and practice your profession with passion
You effortlessly perform work processes efficiently and professionally
Professional appearance and lived hospitality are a matter of course for you
You are familiar with a la carte service and maintain an overview even during high guest traffic
You have good oral German and English skills
